Return Policy

Olsen Chain and Cable Return Policy

• No returns after 30 days from date of purchase

• All discrepancies or receiving claims must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of order

• Any original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable.

• We do not issue cash refunds.

• Returned funds will only be in the form of the original payment method

• Products modified in any way are not returnable.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

• Prior to returning, you must obtain a RMA number by emailing: sales@olsenchain.com or calling 1-800-328-1906. Please clearly write your RMA number on the outside of package.

• You are responsible for paying any associated shipping costs for returning an item.
